Working for several years on the American continent, I was able to really explore Mexican cuisine. I became a huge fan of the burrito: a convivial dish full of flavour and colour.
 
I came back with wonderful memories, but with one idea in particular: Why not share this colourful cuisine with the French people? 
 
Once back at home, I decided to create the first Mexican quick-service restaurant, offering delicious, healthy and affordable dishes. 
 
Since then, the proof of the pudding's been in the eating! Many millions of burritos have been enjoyed in our restaurants, and it's with you that the Fresh Burritos colourful adventure continues!

Initiation fee: 20,000 € exclusive of tax
Royalties: 5% of turnover, exclusive of tax
Advertisement fees: 1% of turnover, excluding tax
Duration of the contract: 7 years
Minimum intake: €80,000
Total area: between 60 and 150m2
Margin: approximately 70%
